Motorola Droid 4 release date
Motorola Droid 4, the Android smartphone with a sliding keyboard was officially announced, and it was expected to be launched in Dec 2011. According to an unconfirmed report, the Motorola Droid 4 will hit verizon wireless store shelves on Feb. 9.
Also, it is rumored that the device will be priced for $200 with a two-year contract.

Motorola Droid 4 Preview:
The Motorola Droid 4 is going to debut with Android OS 2.3.5 (Gingerbread) running on a 1.2GHz dual-core processor. As to memory, the device will have 1GB of RAM and 16GB of on-board memory. A microSD slot will allow customers to add more storage.
Also on the list of features will be an 8MP rear-facing camera with 1080p HD video capture plus a second front-facing HD camera.
